Flat sketching skills

Knowledge of the wash & dye process, embellishments & different fabrics

All basic receptionist duties
Answer phones, screen calls, take messages
Greet and direct visitors and clients
Page over the intercom and make various announcements
Communicate with internal and external customers via email
Receive, sort and distribute mail
Provide support to various departments as needed
Assist Customer Service with various reports and some data entry
Other miscellaneous duties as they arise
Minimum one year receptionist or office experience
Expertise in MS Office Excel & Word
Excellent communication skills
